1- Do a W/L Reload.
2- If W/L Reload fails, then try restarting the inverter.
3- If the issue persists, try to turn off the inverter, remove/unplug the Wi-Fi dongle, then plug it back and then turn on the inverter again. Then try another W/L Reload.
4- If after all these steps, both W/L Reload and W/L Reset fail, then Wi-Fi dongle needs to be replaced.
