☆ The storage plant does not show the Energy Flow Chart on SEMS Portal.

1. Check and confirm if the SN has been added into the Plant.  Go to "Management"-->"Device";

2. Click the plant which you are going to add the device,customer can see the details after clicking the plant:

Click the "Add" button to proceed.

3. Fill in the Name ,SN,Check Code in the blanks and click submit after that.

4. Go back to the SEMS homepage and click the plant to refresh.Confirm again if the plant has the energy flow chart.

5;If the energy flow chart is not display after the inverter is added,Please go back to "Management"-->"Plant" to view the plant settings.

6. Click the plant name and scroll down to find the option-->"Classification",then select "Battery Storage".Then click submit.

7. Go back to the homepage and click the plant,check the content inside and see if you have already got the Energy Flow Chart.
